The location was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and lakes in a tranquil area, perfect to escape from the city. The hotel offers a lot of activities for children and adults, such as a fitness center, outdoor playgrounds, and movie theater. The staff was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The buffet meals had a great variety of quality food and were served in a beautiful dining room with amazing views.
The hotel Wi-Fi was weak, and the signal was unreliable, especially in the rooms. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, some of them looked outdated and could use some renovation.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with great facilities like indoor and outdoor gyms, tennis courts, hiking, and horses! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fantastic! the staff was friendly and cute. The hotel's location in the mountains right by the lake was fine and added to the overall relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The location of this mountain hotel is quite lovely, with beautiful views of the lake from some rooms. the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean with nice fixtures. the friendly staff provides good service and the breakfast is varied and delicious. the sporting and relaxing facilities are top, notch for those who enjoy those amenities.
Some aspects of this hotel could use some improvement , the Wi, Fi is weak and often non, existent in the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected.

Enjoyed the sauna and steam room, also the breakfast was awesome. The hotel is located in a rural area close to great hiking trails.
The hotel lacked modern amenities, such as a fridge or even a kettle. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were too flat. At times, the service was slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed, especially during peak hours.
